Membership at Del Mar Country Club includes the opportunity to participate in golf, tennis, and social activities.
The tennis program offers clinics, tennis socials, league play, private and semi-private instruction by our tennis professional for all levels and ages. Summer camps for children include tennis, golf, and swimming. There are also holiday camps throughout the year. Courts are available day and night as three of the six are lighted for night play. Organized matches upon request.
Men golf members take part in club tournaments year round, including the popular annual men’s member guest tournament – The Derby, held each summer. Three days of golf culminating in the Saturday night awards dinner dance. This is the most popular member event of the year!
Del Mar Country Club Women’s Golf Association offers the opportunity for weekly organized group play as well as being part of the women’s golf team. The women have themed member-guest days throughout the year. A non-competitive women’s golf group meets twice a week for lunch and nine holes of golf.
Members can bring family, friends, and business associates to the many Del Mar Country Club holiday celebrations or other parties such as Casino night and wine tasting dinners. Boone’s Bar and Grill has a special family style dinner menu in the wintertime and barbecues on the terrace in the summertime.
A junior Olympic size swimming pool is available in the summer months for exercise or a leisurely get together with family and friends. For optimal health and fitness on the course or on the courts, a fully equipped Fitness Center is available for a complete body workout. Beautifully appointed locker rooms serve as a place to revive and refresh, to play cards with friends, or simply relax.
Our newest amenity is a beautiful playground for children. It is a great place for parents to relax and watch their little ones have fun with their friends.
